Day 1
Depart early in the morning from the assembly point and travel to Wieliczka, where an extraordinary adventure awaits us in one of the oldest UNESCO-listed rock salt mines in the world.
During the tour, we will go 135 m underground, traverse winding corridors, and see the the chapel of St. Kingi, Stanislaw Staszic chamber, salt lakes and unique rock formations, and learn about the stories, legends and geology associated with this remarkable place.
Alternatively
Drive to Auschwitz and visit the former German concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau, today a place of remembrance and education about the tragedy of World War II.
After the tour, transfer to the resort , accommodation, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2
On the second day, after breakfast, we begin an intensive tour of Cracow – from the Main Square with the Cloth Hall, St. Mary’s Church and the Town Hall Tower, through the medieval Barbican, to the royal hill of Wawel with the cathedral, the royal crypts and the Sigismund Bell.
We will also visit the Dragon’s Den, the site of a legendary dragon that once frightened the residents of Krakow.
In the afternoon, we will enter the Market Underground, a multimedia museum showing the history of the city and the lives of former residents of Krakow under the cobblestones of the modern market square.
After the tour, return to the resort for dinner and overnight.
Day 3
On the third day, after breakfast, we will go to the Kosciuszko Mound, from where the panorama of Cracow can be seen. We will also visit the “Fortress of Krakow 1846-1918” exhibition.
The second part of the day includes activities to choose from, depending on your age and interests: a stroll through historic Kazimierz with a visit to the Remuh Synagogue and Schindler’s Factory, learning through play at the Experimental Gardens, or a culinary adventure at the Living Museum of Obwarzanka, where you will form your own baked goods.
In the evening, return to the resort, dinner and overnight.
Day 4
On the fourth day, after breakfast, transfer to Zator for a full day of fun at Energylandia – the largest amusement park in Poland with numerous themed zones: Bajkolandia, family zone, extreme zone, Dragon’s Castle, Aqualantis and tropical Water Park.
The park will also feature restaurants, stores, multimedia shows and relaxation areas. It is possible to organize a group meal together.
After the attraction, return to school in the late evening.
