Tour program
Day 1
In the wee hours of the night, we depart from our chosen city, heading towards one of Europe’s most beautiful capitals – Vienna, picturesquely located on the Danube River.
To begin with, we will visit the Kahlenberg and Leopoldsberg hills, which offer a breathtaking view of the city skyline.
Then, accompanied by a local guide, we will discover the pearls of Vienna’s city center – the stunning Belvedere Palace and gardens, the representative Charles Square with the majestic St. Stephen’s Church. The hotel includes the St. Charles Borromeo Church, the imperial Hofburg complex, Maria Theresia Square, the neo-Gothic Town Hall, the former Stallburg Court, the Trinity Column and the Mozart House.
In the evening, check-in at a comfortable hotel and share dinner at a restaurant.
Day 2
On the second day, after breakfast, we will embark on an excursion to the Wachau Valley, a UNESCO-listed region known for its unique landscapes and wine-making traditions.
We will visit the Benedictine Abbey of Melk, which is one of the largest monastery complexes in Europe, surrounded by peaceful gardens and the history of the ancient monks.
The next stop will be the charming Durstein, a medieval town on the Danube River with castle ruins towering over the area, ideal for walks and photos.
Finally, we will visit Krems, a historic city with a beautiful old town, where time passes more slowly. Here it will be possible to taste regional wines and aromatic apricot liqueur.
In the evening, return to the hotel and have dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 3
On the third day, after breakfast, we will head to Hinterbrühl, where we will visit the underground Seegrotte Lake, one of the biggest attractions in Lower Austria. A magical motorboat cruise among illuminated rock corridors awaits.
Later we return to Vienna to visit Schönbrunn Palace, the summer residence of the Habsburgs, associated with Empress Sissi. Walking through the palace gardens, we will see, among other things. Neptune’s Fountain and the Glorietta pavilion.
For those who wish, it is possible to modify the program – for example, a visit to the Prater amusement park, the Museum of Natural History, the Museum of Technology or the charming town of Mödling with a viewpoint. Details available from our travel agency.
In the night hours, return to the place of departure and end the tour.
