Tour program

Day 1

  • Departure at night or early in the morning depending on the place of collection.
  • Drive to the Czech Republic and visit Olomouc, a 12th century city whose Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • Walking tour of Olomouc, program includes: city hall with neo-Gothic facade and astronomical clock, Baroque Holy Trinity Column, Gothic St. Wenceslas Cathedral with one of the highest towers in the Czech Republic.
  • Tour of Brno, the largest city in Moravia and the second largest in the Czech Republic.
  • Walking tour of Brno’s Old Town, including: Freedom Square, Zelny Trh, Parnas Fountain, Old Town Hall, and St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Peter and Paul.
  • Drive to a hotel near the Czech-Austrian border, accommodation, dinner and overnight.

Day 2

  • Drive to Kahlenberg – a hill with panoramic views of Vienna and Polish historical accents (St. Joseph’s Church, monument to John III Sobieski).
  • Guided tour of Vienna – Ring detour and walk through the center.
  • The Vienna sightseeing program includes: Vienna Opera House, City Hall, Hofburg (exterior), St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Belveder gardens and Hundertwasserhaus.
  • Free time in Vienna’s Old Town for shopping and relaxation.
  • Finally, 2 possible options to choose from:
    Option 1: free time at the Prater, a historic amusement park
    Option 2: visit to the Natural History Museum in Vienna (geological, paleontological exhibits, the “Venus of Willendorf” and “Fanny” exhibits, a dinosaur exhibit, and a panorama of Vienna from the museum’s roof).
  • Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

  • Breakfast.
  • Walk through the palace-park complex in Lednice and visit the castle gardens.
  • Drive to Moravian Karst and visit the Punkva Caves – stalactites, stalagmites, Zrcadlové jezírko and an underground boat ride.
  • Visiting the Macocha Abyss – the deepest abyss in this part of Europe (138 meters deep).
  • Return to Poland, ending the tour around midnight.

Price includes:

  • Travel in a comfortable coach equipped with a toilet, air conditioning and a multimedia system.
  • 2 nights in a hotel, in rooms for 2-5 people with private bathrooms.
  • 2 breakfasts.
  • 2 dinners.
  • Care of an experienced pilot throughout the tour.
  • Tour with a licensed guide.
  • Using the tourguide system to facilitate the reception of information during the tour.
  • Travel Insurance:
    • Medical expenses (KL) – up to €10,000.
    • Personal accident (personal injury) – up to €2,000.
    • Luggage insurance – up to €200.
  • VAT.
  • Contributions to the Tourist Guarantee Fund and the Assistance Fund.

Price does not include:

  • The cost of entrance fees to attractions: the Punkva cave – entrance ticket and tractor/roller coaster ride (420 CZK/person); alternatively, attractions on Prater (payable on site on your own)
  • Mandatory refundable deposit in some hotels of approx. 15-20 €/person – refunded on the last day of the tour after checking the condition of the rooms.
