Tour program

Day 1

  • Morning departure from the established city in the direction of northern Hungary.
  • Visit Aggtelek National Park and the famous Baradla Cave – the largest karst cave system in Hungary, a UNESCO-listed site.
  • Drive to Eger, a picturesque Baroque town, known as the “Hungarian Krakow.” The itinerary includes the Basilica, the Minorite Church, the Castle, the Turkish minaret and the Valley of the Beautiful Lady – the heart of the local wine tradition.
  • Arrival in Budapest, accommodation and dinner together.

Day 2

  • On the second day, after breakfast, we set off to explore Budapest – we will start from Buda: Castle Hill, Fisherman’s Bastion, Matthias Church, the Royal Castle and terraces overlooking Pest and the famous Chain Bridge.
  • We will then visit Pest, where we will see the Parliament, Freedom Square, St. Stephen’s Basilica, Heroes’ Square, Vajdahunyad Castle and the Green Roof Ethnographic Museum in the City Forest.
  • In the evening, participate in a “Hungarian Evening” – dinner with folklore show, live music and tasting of Hungarian wines.

Day 3

  • On the third day, after breakfast, we will visit the Great Market Hall – an ideal place to feel the atmosphere of local trade and cuisine.
  • Spend the afternoon at the Palatinus thermal baths on St. Margaret’s Island – relax among the greenery, pools and sports zones.
  • In the evening, a night cruise on the Danube – a chance to see Budapest in the illumination of a thousand lights.

Day 4

  • On the fourth day, after breakfast, we will travel to the Danube Bend area.
  • We will visit picturesque Szentendre, with its distinctive, colorful townhouses and historic churches – often referred to as “the Serbian town.”
  • We will also visit Esztergom, a historic city with the largest basilica in Hungary, known as the cradle of Hungarian statehood.
  • In the night hours, return to the place of departure and end the tour.
